Everything is included; design, materials, construction, permitting, and management. Unlike other firms we use fixed price upfront because we don’t throw in hidden costs as we go.

We take a $1,000 deposit to kick off your project. After we have completed the design process we bill you for our project services. When we’re ready to order materials, we ask that you deposit the materials payment in an escrow account to be deducted upon receipt. Construction is billed in roughly 1/3 increments at the beginning, middle, and end of your build.
We take a $500 deposit from the $3,000 design payment to get you started. This covers some of our upfront fixed costs. As stated you don’t have to pay the rest of the design payment, or continue if you’re not in love with the design. The next payments include materials, which we ask you to deposit when we’re ready to order your materials, and then construction. Construction is billed as the work is completed in 3 payments; roughly beginning, middle, and end.

On average we turn around kitchens in 4-5 weeks. Unlike other firms we’re able to start when you’re ready because we have a network of builders.

Homer goes beyond traditional vetting by visiting contractors on-site, and vetting their skillsets. All builders have to meet modern build techniques, and pass background checks, licensing & insurances, and even then we only accept the top 20% in Australia.

We’re happy to match the price in our network, or if we can’t & they meet our standards, work with them to get the job done.
